Common questions

• I didn't get my sign-in code. Codes arrive by SMS within a minute. Check that your number is correct and try again; carriers occasionally delay texts.
• How do I share a memory? Open a memory and tap the share icon to send a gumwall.com link, or tag friends when creating it so it appears on their wall too.
• How do I manage my Gumwall Premium subscription? Subscriptions are billed by Apple — manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
• How do I restore Premium on a new phone? Open the paywall in the app and tap "Restore Purchases".
• How do I delete my account? Go to Profile → Delete Account in the app. This permanently removes your profile and memories.
• How do I report content? Email us with a link or screenshot and we'll review it promptly.
