Agreement

By using the Gumwall iOS app or gumwall.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Gumwall.

Your account

You sign in with your phone number and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Gumwall.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and memories you post. You grant Gumwall a limited license to store and display them so the app works — for you and for the friends you share them with. Only upload content you have the right to share, and only tag people you actually know.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
• No impersonating others or tagging strangers' phone numbers.
• No attempts to break, probe, or overload the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules. To report content shared with you, email upperleftstudioaz@gmail.com and we'll review it promptly.

Gumwall Premium

• Gumwall Premium is an optional auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) purchased through your Apple ID. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
• The yearly plan may include a free trial; you can cancel during the trial without being charged.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policies.

Disclaimer

Gumwall is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Termination

You can stop using Gumwall and delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
